Keto/low carb layered zucchini pepperoni



So easy.


Slice up zuchinis as thin as you can.

Cook ground beef and then mix in pasta sauce (I used Rao’s or Hunt's canned).

Then layer zucchini, meat sauce, shredded cheese, and pepperoni. Repeat this step.


Preheat oven to 450 on roast or bake setting.

Put in lasagna for 10 minutes. Then lower heat to 300 for another 45 minutes.


It's so good.
